I thought living with five other girls was going to be crazy, but I actually love it; minus the hair in the sink. My roommates and I have a ton of fun every night that we’re together, sadly thats not that often.

When I told people I was going to be living with five other females the frist reaction was “DRAMA!” and I thought so, too. All summer I kept saying that the apartment was going to go one of two ways. Either we would all love each other and get along fine or we would never want to talk to each other again. Thankfully, its been the first one.

The apartment makes living on campus so much easier. I haven’t gotten homesick like I usually do. I think its because of the kitchen and living room. It makes it feel like home. We cook meals almost daily. The only downside is all the dishes that seem to pile up during the day.

Even the bathroom situation has worked out for the better. One shower is fine with us because we all shower at random times anyways and none of our schedules really conflict with each other.

Plus, its so much easier to have friends over. I love the dorms, who wouldn’t love Medaille dorms, but theres no place to sit when you have people over other than the bed. But at the apartment we have a very nice size living room to chill in.

All in all I wish I would have thought about this last year because its the best thing!
